1) They understand that they are solely responsible about their interactions with customers and QuiGig is only their growth and marketing partner *

2) They will lose the QuiChoice status if they have a poor performance in serving clients or reviews or unable to answer phone calls and have sell their service regularly *

3) If they are on a subscription model where QuiGig invests in their growth, they have to use the QuiGig system to invoice clients or be completely transparent and honest about their sales and revenue. They will lose the QuiChoice status if they don’t report payments within 48 hours of receiving from a client through QuiGrow program or if they miss to pay QuiGig its share of any client payments within 3 business days after the payment is made if they receive a direct payment from a QuiGrow client *

4) They commit to be responsive to QuiGrow phone calls and inform QuiGig immediately about any change of their business or availability status asap. *

5) They agree to go through a criminal background check and drug testing if and when requested by QuiGig *

6) They need to put their full name as their signature and accept all the above and the contract before they can go to the dashboard *

7) they need to provide their bank account or card information and make payment if their plan includes a monthly fee or a deposit *
